Reverse Engineering / Sample-Based Production
Only have the original part, no technical drawing? Not a problem. We 3D-measure the sample you bring with our CMM, reconstruct its technical drawing, and manufacture it from scratch — from mold to series production. Your single source for parts that are unavailable or out of production elsewhere.

Mold & Casting
Sand molding and casting line for cast iron and steel cylinder heads. Every mold is engineering-approved to match product geometry.

CNC Machining
Micron-tolerance surface and bore machining, valve seat and guide channel milling on multi-axis CNC centers.

Quality Control
Dimensional verification is performed with a 3-axis CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). No part ships without spectral analysis, hardness testing and a 6 bar pressure test. Full traceability is maintained via batch numbering.
